  Blessing of the Animals
  
  The Feast of St. Francis of Assisi is on Wednesday, October 4.
  
  Since St. Francis is the Patron of Animals, our Parish will offer the Blessing of Animals on Saturday, September 30, at 12 Noon.
  
  The Blessing will take place in the parking lot in front of the 3-bay garage. All animals must be restrained – i.e. dogs on leashes, cats in carriers, and other animals controlled so that they do not cause anyone else difficulty.
  
  In case of rain, the Blessing will be held on Sunday, October 1, at 1 p.m. In case of doubtful weather conditions, please call the Parish Office for clarification.
