Adult Faith Formation Team

This group selects opportunities for adult faith formation and ensures that a variety of options are made available.  The members of the team may serve as discussion group leaders, or offer assistance to adults as they grow in an appreciation of their Christian faith.

We also offer "Sharing the Sunday Readings" 

The Sharing the Sunday Readings group meets virtually via Zoom.  We begin each meeting with personal prayer, then proclaim each of the four readings for the upcoming Sunday, discuss the message of the Scriptures, how they connect with our lives, and how we as Catholic Christians can live these mandates in our lives.  In addition, we try to relate each reading to the current events we are all experiencing in our world.  These discussions deepen our relationship to The Word and allow us to prepare for hearing them again on Sunday when we meet to worship and pray as a community.  Participation in discussion is always optional  - some join us to listen, and some to share.  As each week's readings are different, please consider coming to this group when you are able; there is no preparation required.
