This year we are looking for volunteers to make dishes of some of your favorite meals.  Trays will be provided.  We are also looking for volunteers to help with setting up, cleaning up, and serving.  We are signing up volunteers in the narthex of the church as well as online.  If you are using the online site, entries are listed alphabetically and is available 24 hours a day. Click here to sign up to help with food and activities.

Last year's tricky tray was a smashing success due to the generosity of our parish family.  We need your help again.  We are looking for new items (or gift cards/cash to purchase items or supplies) to make up themed baskets for the raffle.  Items will be combined to make the baskets.  Some themes are:

  • Welcome Baby
  • Family Game Night
  • A Day at the Beach
  • Your Favorite Sport
  • Let's Go to the Movies
  • Spa Day
  • Pasta Night
  • Wine and Cheese
  • Beer and Pretzels
  • Let's Bake

We also need large baskets or other containers to make up the baskets.  Donations can be dropped off before September 16 in the narthex or at the parish office during office hours.  Thank you for your generosity.
