Altar servers are young people in grades 3-12 who have received the sacrament of Eucharist.  They assist the priest with the celebration of Saturday and Sunday masses and participate in the liturgy through prayer, song and action.  Both girls and boys are welcome to serve in this ministry.  In order to prepare new groups of young people for this ministry, training is provided.
